Lol.
Those green tinted windows are found everywhere on the globe, especially in hot climates. It reduces the sun's glare and heat influx, lowering the cost associated with running air-conditioners. In cold climates, they are often used on windows facing the sun. Air conditioning is expensive.

Look at the minaret (pillar) next to the red dome, in the pic you posted. This is Turkic architecture, not Arab. See below,

Now compare above Turkic with below Arab (these are some of the oldest constructions in Arab lands, before the Turkic invasions),

Lock down was a popular demand. People constantly made fun of foriegn countries dying by the mass. It only showed discontent when it lasted for years. Everyone was praising government for responsive action back then. Hindsight bias is happening for sure.

Even when few month before lock down was lifted, the prevailing opinion was that the protestors are selfish. Those who side with protestors are the minority.
Context is very important here. Before the very first lockdown in Wuhan, there was panic and calls for some kind of quarantine action. Maybe some kind of traffic control in and out of Wuhan. But there were no mass demands for a comprehensive lockdown to the point where even people were not allowed to leave their homes at will. That kind of lockdown was unprecedented in modern history. Not even SARS and H1N1 made any government perform a lockdown like that. I'm not criticizing the lockdowns, they were the right thing to do at that point in time. It was just not expected by the common folks, let alone to be demanded by them.

When the first lockdown was implemented, the initial reception was not as popular as later on. There was so much uncertainty early on. But that lockdown prompted people in China to truly realize the gravity of the situation, hence they understood that the government was right all along, and then supported it. Later on, people accepted and supported other impending lockdowns around the country after they saw the situation in Wuhan. Off course, the protesters appeared, and were rightly lambasted for being selfish and failing to understand the situation.

Interesting. I apologize. Situation was more fluid than I thought.

Yes. All those places receive sunlight that need green windows. Toronto has tons of these buildings.

Turkmenistan, Tatar, Uzbekistan have green in the flag. As does Pakistan and Mexico, Italy, Bangladesh, and Algeria.

You're clutching straws here with these color arguments. I'd say, with the pic you posted of green with red dome, using your logic, Bangladesh fits in better than Saudi Arabia because Bengali flag has both red and green. Lol.

• US builds a makeshift port in Gaza for aid delivery
• port is staffed by US soldiers
• port is operated by Israel who decide what goes in
• existing routes of aid delivery through Israeli and Egyptian border remain closed

What a sad PR stunt. Like it's developed by a 11-year old boy playing SimCity for the 1st time.

China builds white buildings. Stars are white. China is clearly a galactic empire.

If not, why can no other "humans" build futuristic cities with the incredible wealth and digitization of China?

You sound bitter from Chinese soft power and not appreciate Chinese wealth that keeps so many people afloat.

But dark green is the flag of Bangladesh. Why don't you call it Bengali soft power?

And this pic you posted of Juma-Jami mosque in Crimea is built in the same style as Camlica mosque and Blue Mosque in Istanbul, built in Turkic-Byzantine fusion architecture by the Ottomans. In fact, most mosques in Crimea are built in Ottoman architecture because Crimea was an Ottoman territory.

Camlica

Blue Mosque

Oh look! Desert color with dark green background for writing! Only problem is that it's in Turkey and built in 1619. Lmao

You sound like one of those people who say J-20 is a copy of the F-22 because they both have wings and a fuselage.

Almost as if the original goal was on seizing control of the Black Sea.
Who does Macron think he is? Napoleon? When was the last time France won a major war since the time of Napoleon?

Happy International Women’s Day

So sad.

Bitcoin is so, so over.
