Also the smiles seems a whole lot more genuine in the 1980s photo, compared to the 2024 one.

Aside from the fact its not correct and its obviously done to remove Chinese influence, the most offensive thing is it just sounds so low-energy and weak. Like try typing it out to people. It sounds so fake and weak just like Happy Holidays. You can feel its fakeness being forced on you.
This is why right wing liberalism doesn't work: nobody actually wants it. Only those who are extremely out of touch think that people focus all day on the exceptional rights of some 5% minorities or vocabulary policing or something.
Both socialism and conservatism/fascism have simple messages that actually appeal to the majority. I can't think of even 1 person that will genuinely fight for liberalism when physical consequences are on the line. Many of those who say they are, are actually fascists.
