so Mount Elbrus is warmest place in country? remind why they have to do winter Olympics in Sochi. as they know winter tourist is different than Summer tourist. The summer tourism is byproduct of Infrastructure built for winter tourism. i fully expect those who have higher income to enjoy even colder regions. Summer tourism is forced upon people due School holidays. It is not discretionary.

The vote overturns the Commerce Department's imposition of anti-dumping duties of 2.69% to 6.88% on tin mill steel from South Korea, Germany and Canada.

For Chinese imports, it also revokes anti-dumping duties of 122.5% and anti-subsidy duties on tin mill imports.

This is just another example of Japan pleasing the US.
These people have formed fixed values over decades: standing on the "right" side and joining the "civilized world".

The recent failures of Koreans at the World Expo are also due to the same reasons. They always think that third world countries are untouchables that are not worth paying attention to.
They even console themselves that even though they have failed, the countries that support them are "high-quality developed countries."

Whats worse is Japan/Korea have no sincerity to their beliefs. If they honestly believe the west is better and that they will die with those beliefs then so be it. But they keep saying shit like we wuz the real Chinese/Sino culture even though only a few decades ago we didn't want to be affiliated with it coz China was poor! Japan was so proud of ditching it and now they want to wewuz as the true carriers.

Clout chasers have no shame. Thats why they were just side characters for most of east's asia's history. They don't have what it takes to be the main lead.
