while he may be right. giving existing stock to Ukraine and procuring new stock for US but this is not real the cost. The real cost is actually running Ukraine. Cities like Kiev under war condition may take alot of finances and Ukraine is not known for building and maintaining infrastructure. this in addition to health impact of asbestos dust from soviet era buildings. thats the reason Russia has brought alot of builders for new buidings in cities like Mariupol if some one want to stay.
