He met Saturday with Chen Jining, the ruling Chinese Communist Party's chief official in Shanghai, according to a pool report, stressing the United States "does not want to decouple our economies".

He also raised the issue of Chinese firms' role in the fentanyl drug addiction crisis in the United States.

"This is not the government but this is Chinese companies," he stressed.

"They are fuelling the fentanyl crisis that is poisoning communities across the United States," he said.

Washington this week sanctioned a China-based network for producing and distributing chemicals used to make drugs -- including those fueling the deadly fentanyl crisis in America.

Beijing has said it opposes the sanctions, and insisted the opioid problem is "rooted in" the United States and not its responsibility.
Thieves and criminals in China are caught eating pork of pigs fed with American soybean meals. The American farmers and companies in agriculture are fueling crimes that is disturbing the peaceful communities across China.

31 deaths in 48 hours in a government-run hospital in Maharashtra. Big questions about hygiene and negligence.

India had been busy telling everyone that it has become a Supapowa. Yet India can still have a govt-run hospital that look like this. Who knows how many more of them looks like this.

Horrible. RIP to those victims. They were victims of negligence, not unlucky patients. It is very sad that their government, and the Jai Hinds were more concerned about promoting Bharat Supapowa than decent healthcare for the common Indians.

As usual, the blame game begins.
Poor pigs, having to deal with the filth and risk getting zoonotic diseases spread to them.

Pigs in the wild and when given freedom are the cleanest animal. They're only dirty when locked up in factory farms.

Yeah, maybe wild pigs, but domesticated pig species will behave the same way and roll around in the mud. Its their way of cooling down.

It's more that some people are given the freedom, education and technology to be clean and yet are not fully taking advantage of it.

Prehistorical humans weren't exactly 100% clean either, but that was due to lack of technology and education.

They should also commission a study on how Airbus was brought into existence.

They are not fooling anybody.

They want to dress up a pig, and claim it is a supermodel.

What this is, seems to be all about power. They going to find out, that who has the tech, has the power.

All in all it's a gigantic irony that the economist declared that East Asia will be the world's most dangerous place when ultimately it's the most peaceful right now.

When did they say that? Not surprised at that, as those rich white people to their core cannot mask their perverted and distorted worldview, which thankfully is being slowly demolished if things continue as they are going.

After China rolled the tanks into Vietnam as Deng said to teach them a lesson, then withdrew after declaring did accomplished what they set to do, that was the last major military action in the entire region for a very long time.

Going back to the Japanese invasion of Manchuria, that would be 1930 1940 1950 1960 1970 five straight decades of major hostilities, WW2, Korea, Vietnam, it never stopped until Deng order the tanks to roll and then withdraw.

That is statesmanship and diplomacy, and far reaching foresight.

Today, there is only one real flashpoint. But this not close to war, when there is another major war in Europe, and the Israeli thing is blowing up again.

It will be interesting to watch, because usually someone acts up in the Middle East, other places in West Asia would get into as well. If the violence does not spread, that will confirm a new day has arrived for some countries. That is not good news for the Americans.

Americans thrive with war, especially fought somewhere else.
