I am not sure this person understand this ukraine issue. Israelis are sophisticated and connected people they can protest but still not blame Putin. but what about others like Ukranians living inside Russia who actually believed in statements that Ukrainian and Russian are one people but real intentions totally opposite.
sending greetings so people attracted but than throw them out after few days.

perhaps India want to learn Western training, systems and its maintenance. This can open more opportunities in Arab world who are using these things much longer. Indian establishment know where to insert themselves and create wealth. they need to move out people with skills. the world is open for them.

If this really happens in August. That would be rather surprising at least for me. Since this suggests that progress could be moving much faster than anticipated. I wonder if this has any relation to Yellen visit.

I think RT dropped the rumor just to see what the reactions are, China has been very tight lipped about the new BRICS currency. I don't think BRICS can create a common currency now. Even though the BRICS bank CFO denies it, given the frequent communications between China and Russia, it is possible for them to drop a bombshell during the BRICS summit.

I don’t think it really matter if China says anything because it’s BRICS. The other members are hardly tight lipped as China and is rather leaky when it comes to internal security. Would be ”conveniently” leaked to Western media at some point anyway but at most i think a memorandum could an option.
