The Indian logic might be:

American and Chinese officials = representatives of near-peer powers to the Indian singularity power = recieve them with a slightly lower rank official

German official = colonial administrator of a near-peer power = unworthy of meeting any official of the greatest superpower.
To be fair and objective to Miss Baerbock, it appears to me that she simply chose to go down the tarmac when the plane's ladder was not quite firmly settled on the tarmac/ground. The same group of people (military officer, Indian diplomat) were just awaiting for the full plane's complete stop before they would and could formally welcome her for safety reasons. But of course I could be entirely mistaken and her welcoming party from the host country India was indeed quite lame to put it mildly.

Look at this video:

untill recently India does not have much trade with Germany when you look at economic size.
but regardless India prefer some thing like Trump or the right which Germany certainly not.
India also use Iran as transit country not as trade partner. that gives it enhance importance in that I coalition. this Italian PM is widely welcomed around Global South. this show how much Germany has lost and will continue to lose more.

So now we know what this was all about.

What is this rumour of supplying Chinese arms to the Russians.

It was all an elaborate dezinformatsia campaign aimed at splitting China and Russia. Essentially a FUD operation. That is how we know who is losing this war in Europe.

Step one, say that China will supply arms to Russia (when there was none coming).

That gets the hopes up by some in Russia.

Step two, say that the US got this intel from the Russians.

That upsets some people in China that Russia cannot keep secrets.

Hope that this somehow turns Russia and China against each other.

Also, this may make some in Europe react with alarm, and get closer to America.

The Americans got nothing. Ergo, the Americans are losing this war.

Remember the US government versus Huawei 5G war?

Still in my opinion, the most important part of the tech war. At least it was.

A few times, on a Friday, the American media would announce that Italy made a decision to ban Huawei. That news always came out late Friday afternoon.

It is the weekend. No one is around to verify or even ask questions. All of the government has gone home for the weekend. But the message was sent. The dezinformatsia was done.

This ploy of planting news stories, or fake news, continued.

A couple of times, we heard lately that the Dutch will ban some lithography equipment being sold to the Chinese. That news, comes out on a Friday afternoon.

Since the idea is planted, people just assume it is true, because no one questions it over the weekend. Too many things going on over the weekend, such as leisure activities, family time, the Super Bowl, etc.

So here we are again, on a Friday afternoon, we are told that the Russians are back stabbing the Chinese.

Okay, it is the weekend.

Binge drinking dirty parties is all what people will think about.

By Monday, it is like they wonder or believe if the Russians finally did stab the Chinese in the back this time.
