The Americans who attended the Munich Security Conference in Munich, Germany were shocked, fuming and boiling as they saw Huawei logos were present literally everywhere in the conference.

Germany's two major telecommunication operators, Deutsche Telekom and Vodafone Germany confirmed that they both used Huawei 5G communication equipment at the conference site, and Huawei 5G dedicated antennas were placed on the roof of the venue. The Munich Security Conference has became a live Huawei secure communication conference.

The chairman of the China Committee of the US House of Representatives stated that "Huawei's products are everywhere, which makes people feel uneasy". (what people?) Former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon wrote a tweet: "Huawei is unscrupulous to the world at the Munich Security Conference... Germans look like spineless clowns." (lmfao, so you mean that the Germans does have a spine when the US bombed Nord Stream?)

In the meantime, Huawei's data storage business also helps medical groups in Germany and Europe achieve digitalization and intelligentization.

According to Zhou Yuefeng, vice president of Huawei and president of the data storage product line, Huawei has reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Germany's Asklepios Medical Group.

Interestingly I attended a Data Security briefing of 2022 in my company recently. It was said that Google's data collection practice in EU was deemed non-compliant (personal data collected in EU is transferred to US data center). That collection would have been compliant had EU and US agreed on "EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework". But that framework failed to be agreed during 2022 due to the fact that individual states in the US having very relaxed privacy laws (law enforcement interception).

That failure leads to Google being fined in many EU countries. Unlike Google and other American companies arrogance (US law is the only law), Huawei has all EU collected data stored in data centers located inside EU. So even when there is no agreement between China and EU, Huawei is fully compliant with EU law. That is respect of law of host country and building trust. Being humble is paying off, while Google etc. is paying for their arrogance.

Another note, an idiot of my company asked a question during the briefing "how to combat terrorism if privacy law is tight in EU". I almost burst to say "The point isn't about tight or relax, EU territory is not US playground." BTW, my company is very international, the guy's name is Spanish, but I am sure a person from Spain would know very well what the key point is. I'd guess he is from Americas and very thoroughly brainwashed by US.

Oh yes the Europeans always manage to show their white privilege nature. Just like they want to sanction the hell out of China to prevent China from making any money from them but they still think they have the right to unrestricted access to the Chinese market. You throw sanctions at a country, they throw sanctions back at you. That's how it works. But for some reason (ahem... white supremacy) they think they have the right to set the conditions on all sides. Remember when the EU wanted to tax airlines for pollution even ones that didn't fly into or across Europe? Some regional airline in a country half way around the world has to pay a tax to the Europeans... Why don't they tax people around the world for beathing air?

Is it surprising that the West is again trying to punish China for what Russia is doing? Remember how they thought they cancelled Russia and then they taunted to do that to China? For what? China didn't invade Ukraine. China didn't invade Taiwan. The West's goal is to cancel China like they're trying to do to Russia. It's just going to happen at a slower pace. So why not support lethal aid for Russia when the West is already punishing China as if it's happening already. They even say China is "thinking" of supporting Russia with lethal said. Thinking is not doing. The West is "thinking" of taking over the world again returning to where the world was under Western colonial rule. Shouldn't they get nuked just for thinking it by their own logic?

They would've cancelled China already if they could. All their economic problems will magnify a thousand times worse just from their own sanctions they threaten against China. That's the reality hence why they're threatening China for something they haven't done but are treating China as if they did. Remember how they said they have to prevent China from controlling the South China Sea because the majority of the world's trade passes through there meaning China can stop the world's trade? Their own sanctions will do that for them.

LOL at the UK being one of the biggest warmongers but barely contributing more than Poland....
$196 billion? That's nothing. They spent over a $1 trillion on Afghanistan. And it's the best use of taxpayer money if they can permanently weaken Russia (2nd biggest strategic competitor) and detach Russia from Germany and others.

Afghanistan war was 20 years. This war is a year old.

That cost refers to the overall cost of the war, not how much was transferred to Afghanistan. The cost of this war to the American economy will likely run into trillions (if it hasn't already).

I'm 100% in favour of Americans thinking the way you do. Keep this war going indefinitely.

The West has failed to turn Africa and Latin America against Russia, Financial Times. Western countries have tried to use the Munich Security Conference as a tool to persuade African and Latin American countries to toughen their policy towards Moscow, the British Financial Times wrote. According to the author of the publication, the Western plan failed because it failed to convey to the heads of countries of the so-called global south the idea that Russia's presence in Ukraine is a threat not only to Europe but also to the entire world.
