The EU whinning about their own failures to provide competition and alternatives and begging to get bitchslapped
Surprised they didn't declare war on them.
Liu He meeting Yellen today, Blinken meeting Qin Gang on Feb 5, it seems like a leadup for a China visit for Biden later this year. The secretary of State’s agenda is likely to include the war in Ukraine, Beijing’s growing nuclear arsenal, stalled counternarcotics cooperation and U.S. citizens held in China.
The better one is, Russia takes east Ukraine(a valuable industry and agriculture center)(which is what they want and need for their safety, for now), bomb west Ukraine into a wasteland as a punishment, then sit and wait for the west to "rebuild(rob)" west Ukraine. This is what Russia is doing. You know what would really screw up that plan? Russia taking over all of Ukraine.
What a joke, a 2009 lehman crisis bailout by China to save America's ass means China will be doomed before 2030. China deserved to be rekted if they agree to a bailout in exchange on anything, esp taiwan island as an issue of sovereign integrity not a bargaining chip. Why should China bear the burden to extend US hegemony for another economic cycle only in exchange for 1. mere promise to 2.respect China's right to sovereign integrity which is already enshrined in the UN Charter? All the while with tech, economic, and geopol containment on going like its normal. There is only a big plus for US, and a big risk + no gain for China.
Blinken to test limits of China’s diplomatic engagement on Feb. 5-6 Beijing trip
Liu He meeting Yellen today, Blinken meeting Qin Gang on Feb 5, it seems like a leadup for a China visit for Biden later this year. I'm guessing Biden will try to offer some ultimatum to China about bailing out the US and letting Taiwan reunite deal, something which isn't to be expected to be covered by Blinken's upcoming trip.
