the kremlin is using energy to weaken europe, and the white house is its accomplice by selling gas at 4-10 times the market price. If the white house is a true friend of europe and a true enemy of the kremlin, it should lower the price of its gas to the price cap or below.

Dimitry Medvedev, Putin's number two and likely his successor has made some interesting predictions for 2023.
I think his predictions will be largely correct apart from the one about Poland invading the Ukraine. Putin probably convinced him to say that. I don't think Brexit will be reversed either. But the German 4th Reich and American civil war are 100% going to happen, @9dashline style.
It's also hilarious that while Putin is very diplomatic and reserved, Medvedev straight out calls entire countries pigs...

We only hear when it some political or rich. if this ruthlessness and unpredictability is not demonstrated it can degenerate culture values. every society is different. Putin is highly influenced by Arab form of government and wealth creation.

He's been anti-west a lot longer than that. He was president when the Georgian war happened, Russia was far more aggressive then compared to the Ukraine crisis in 2014. Apparently it was Putin that stopped him from invading Tbilisi.
Ideologically he hasn't changed much. He's a free market capitalist and largely remains western liberal in political beliefs. He's just recognised that the western elites are force for evil rather than good, and being pro-western is tantamount to treason.
Gold i imagine, the US is trying to corner the gold and minerals market to buttress their failing USD and failing that, their US CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency). They tried doing it with oil but failed when Russia and Saudis switched to non USD oil trade.
