If you look at it pragmatically, US would also do the genocide on white people when it is economically convenient to do so.
Just look at their attacks on Latin America which are mostly kinda white ppl. And the fact they keep more Americans in prison than the Soviet Union had people in the gulag during the height of Stalin's purges. Said prisons which are more or less labor camps.
America represents a more mature version of the nazi system that has undergone enough reforms (such as the civil rights movement) to avoid collapsing under the weight its own insane ideology. Yet still, the core tenets of believing in themselves as the "chosen ones", aggressive oligarch rule, militarism, willingness to kill millions of their own and other citizens, rampant nationalism, have not changed.
His biggest sin is that he failed his task by getting defeated by the red army and not taking over the Soviet union. The capitalist never forgave him for that.

Iran just slowly fucked themselves through absolute bullshit laws and adherence to "traditions".
It's obvious now why China made it such a priority to bring local Islam believers into having strong modern values.
Like what is the actual point behind ultra conservative nations enacting laws that are straight up hostile to their own citizens such as banning women from showing their faces or mandating forced birth after a pregnancy? It's lunacy.
Everyone benefits from having access more options. When the economical pie is bigger, you can afford making more cultural activities as well.
Conservatives worship a fake image of what they think the past was like. In that regard, all current cultures are "fake" because we only keep what is relevant. You don't see conservative Europeans or Chinese clamoring to get stuff back like witch burnings and foot bindings.
And even in Iran, these rules they have are not truly based on what real life was like during the era of Muhammed.
So how hard is it to moderate a fake image of the past that isn't actively hostile to the lives of the current generation?

And yet China is more than willing to work with Saudi Arabia which follows a even more extreme version of Islam than Iran ever achieved.
They're willing to work with Iran as well. Who provides the turboprops and electronics Iran use for their drones?
But said work won't lead to any major improvements of Iran's social development, which is not China's job either. And that was what I was lamenting.
Saudi is just a case of wanting their help due to oil monopoly.

Just read that this has something to do with “Book It!”, program was going to make me a fat kid, until the teacher gave me more difficult books… we usually redeemed the free personal pizza coupon after Saturday morning Chinese School.
