I am skeptical.
Why would they want to leave their families and friends? Relocate to a racist hostile nation? You might say, oh, but they are poorly paid, but wait. Many of these are highly paid experts and highly sought after by the mainland. If they wanted big pay, they can just go to China and be close to their family too.
The Caucasian Americans are stealing their crown jewels. They'll outlive their usefulness soon. What exactly is in it for them?
