Dunno if you're being ironic but simply when India is sending their people, they're sending their best and brightest, usually for permanent immigration, while China is not really sending their best people and the ones that go generally stay for the duration of a few years contract work/research. Not even considering racism, you would generally not give board positions to expats that are only there for 3-5 years anyways.

Not one person in China looks like this. Everyone laughs and exploits Chinese people's obvious white worship and self hate. The same can be said of other East Asians. Just look at the rampant white worship in Japanese games.
While Marvel studios dominates the planet with their white man worship led by masculine lead men like Chris Hemsworth and Chris Evans, we have morons celebrating rep by an ugly monkey man that no woman would ever lust after.

As far as I see it, entertainment industry is a cumulative thing that requires lots of money investment. It isn't enough that China has a large box office a couple of times, it has to get enough money over time that bigger projects can be made regularly.
US entertainment was going strong for a couple of decades but honestly is damn weak now as well, due to creative stagnation. It is mostly just remakes and endless sequels with weak appeal.
