A few years ago I had sent a joke text to my friend that was like
2035: President Kim Kardashian signs SuperSTARS bill into law (STARS - Singing, TV, And Reality Shows) withdrawing Federal funding from Universities and Colleges and creating a new fund to help teenagers buy ring lights and tripods to help them pursue their YouTube dreams.

Russia is Skynet and Russians are T-1000 confirmed.

That explains the BMPT.

“You are so happily placed in America that you need fear no wars,” said Bismarck, who ruled a country that bordered its rivals. “What always seemed so sad to me about your last great war was that you were fighting your own people. That is always so terrible in wars, so hard.”

“God has a special providence for fools, drunkards, and the United States of America.”

Kazakhstan can't be this dumb can they? Do they not realize how much they rely on Russia for trade? All of their infrastructure goes towards Russia except 1 border crossing with China.
Benefits of the West > benefits of Russia

If they are smart and play their cards right, they could make a fortune. That's ASEAN's strategy.
It would be interesting to see if they manage to achieve this

Interestingly Bismarck was a staunch proponent of protectionism and anti-socialism, at a time when Germany's industrial base started faltering, the economy was in depression, and class struggles were heating up.

Reminds us of anybody in the US? It's almost like a deja vu where America is currently at, and kinda makes one ponder where she might potentially head towards, by looking at how Germany ended up since the Bismarck years.

Kazakhistan population is 17m while rest of Central Asia population is 70m all the way to Afghanistan. I am sure Uzbekistan want shore on Caspian sea as currently its landlocked. Russia is building its own grouping down there. so when time comes like Ukraine the force from South and North will join together to put an end to this experiment.

My tin foil hat interprets this as Putin giving Tokayev, and the rest of the Eurasians a scapegoat in Russia. If you've noticed since the war's start most of those countries have been pretty mum about publicly supporting Russia's campaign, yet they haven't outright condemn it by breaking camp and joining the Western sanctions either.

Unlike Belarus which is right next to Europe/NATO, there's no point dragging the rest of those countries which are also CSTO states like Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan down with Russia and drown in what would certainly be crippling sanctions that Russia can survive, but not so much the rest of them.

Now Tokayev has an excuse for not supplying Europe with energy since it's "not his doing" after all.
