After 2 century, people of US are yet to learn how to dress properly. Some European imported tech aint gonna change what they are.
In the mean time, indian "navy" should concentrate on passing primary school first.
The answer is easy. where ever India goes they use mostly Western tech. I would think they have prior training for this tanker but this is European tanker aircraft. An Indian born today with half decent education has greater chance of becoming Politician, Corporate executive, Attorney, doctor etc in West or Middleast. while what hope Japanese have except working for corporate Japan in relatively low wage job residing tiny apartment in a country that will have to abide by increasing sanctions, trade compliance.
This kind of crap is why I hate to read articles about how grateful HK'ers should be to the British "for all they did".
