Hopefully Russia will export more iron ore to China now that iron ore exports to Europe have been sanctioned. This can reduce China’s imports of Australian iron ore.

Sadly. Russia infrastructure needs to be improved and expanded. I think it was on RT but saw them quoting some Russian magazine that trade with China will grow modesty and slow because the infrastructure is inadequate.

If only Russia spent the last several years improving infrastructure since 2014. However, it’s not like anyone knew a pandemic in 2020 would wreck Western economies + high inflation which gave Russia a once in a life time opportunity

It just seem to me Russia didn’t really plan all that much since 2014 and was more or less winging it instead.

oh ok then they don't need China to do anything. no problem. China is very very happy to let great Europeans sort out great European things as we are simple rice farmers.

The goverment of those pacfic island can be as fickle as heck. Next election the Taiwan loving opposition party may call the shots and restore recognition to the Taiwan. Thats what can happen if there is no cross party agreement as to who to recognise.
