In early 2020, PCR tests cost like HKD3000 per test for using German test kit but HKD200 for using Chinese test kit. Of course, traitors in HK advocate for using the German ones. Many private clinics also only offer the German test kits. It took only a few months for both the HK government and private clinics to switch to Chinese test kits. When you need cheap, reliable products, nobody can compete with China anymore.
