The US has made concessions to Russia over the Iran Deal. They likely made other concessions as well that they didn’t publicly admit. The Americans (Biden/Dems) are desperate to lower inflation.

There is quite a few articles in the last 24 hours of Republicans “intensifying” efforts to block the deal. I think the Iranian deal might actually be coming soon.

Word is no prohibition on Russian nuclear involvement. No details about enrichment rates yet, but worst case it'll be the same as before. Iran getting the £400 million that the UK froze after the revolution is the icing on the cake. They didn't give that up with the previous deal.

I think the Iranians hit the jackpot here. They just need to keep improving their missiles and pretty soon Israel will be Isntreal.

Now onto the Saudis, who as we speak are probably put burkas back on all their women and ban them from driving.

It's hilarious how 20 years of western shifting away from middle eastern oil dependency has been undone in a week.

I doubt it. I think America is letting the UK do the talking with the Arabs. An American president bowing down to both Iranians and Arabs in one month may be too much for the American public.

All the Gulf countries are militarily tied to the US. They're starting to move away now with Chinese and Russian platforms, but it'll take at least a decade before they can really be independent.
