China is already a Genocidal nation that organ harvested/enslave/vaporized according to blinken a couple months ago... if that the case why should they care about whats happening in Europe?
The Iranians once made a deal to buy Russian civilian transport aircraft. But once the sanctions were lifted they cancelled the deal to order European and US aircraft. They made huge orders. Of those only ATR actually delivered a reasonable number of aircraft. The others never got there before Trump imposed sanctions again. This BTW is the reason why the Russians had the program to make native versions of their commercial aircraft in the first place. So they could sell them to sanctioned countries like Iran and Cuba. Cuba is the only country operating the Il-96 in commercial service for example.
China planned for this long ago by banning many of them

The west use to be the only game in town, or in the world in this case. Now there is a choice of who to do business with, the west or China. With the trade figures, we know who the world prefers to trade with.
The war in Europe, has turned into an economic war in Europe.

The biggest blow to the Russians, is the freezing of Russian central bank assets that were being held in Western institutions. They basically took their money, like how they did that to Iran, and how they took Venezuela's gold.
I do not get why Lenovo would not just try to sell their Zhaoxin Ultrabooks in Russia instead of leaving Russian market altogether. Oh well.

Funny how this one is not reported anywhere, but the implications of Russia going back to a currency back by gold is a huge thing that I wonder if the EU and especially the USA understands in terms of implications. Sure the usa has to use everything they could to hit Russia like this but really, the moment that Russia backs there currency by gold and makes it so their gas cannot be purchased unless they accept the currency, I wonder if the USA is prepared to suffer the consequences of their behavior and no the EU cannot get China into this situation, this one is on them and they now have to accept that unless they are prepared to talk to Russia and actually do so in good faith, they will truly suffer, especially when the Middle East demands the same treatment on a mass. If the US dollar dies, the USA is not going to be able to play these games any longer they way they always did and the EU had better get on there hands and knees and start using their heads and not their ego bacuse this kind of stuff gets people killed although I guess really physical suffering is required to make the EU accept that maybe trying to play polo all games against some that can physically fight back and has increasingly all the reasons to hate you has a very bad idea.
