Meanwhile, China’s Type 071 LPD and replenishment ship made the whole trip without breaking down, looks like Chinese quality is superior to Australian quality:

Maybe the PLAN can give the Aussies a tow and airdrop them some anti-covid supplies.

Although I half expect that if the PLAN did, the next day the Murdock Aussie media would be running stories like ‘Chinese attempt piracy to nick our warship!!!!’ and ‘Chinese attack helicopters drop chemical weapons on Aussie sailors!!!’

Heck if Chinese ships break down zilch times and Aussie ships break down all the time, Aussie will still be regarded as superior quality to Chinese

As Celine Dion said, And That's The Way It Is~~~~

Guys do you remember the much hyped "Indo-Pacific Economic Framework” which Biden and the think-tankers say its supposed to make America an economic player in Asia...

Well guess what

A one-page White House memo from the fall labeled “USG Talking Points for Foreign Partners” — which has not been previously reported — makes clear what the framework isn’t, however.
It’s not a free-trade deal and it won’t give Asian nations broader access to U.S. markets through tariff cuts or other concessions.
“IF RAISED” in discussions with foreign governments, the memo instructs American diplomats in capital letters, “To be clear, this initiative will not include new market access commitments.”
It is the usual empty talk coming from the delusional US

I recommend reading the article. It fully shows how hopeless the US is in economic competition in the Asia-Pacific region
