@weig2000 bro my take , Putin is making his moved cause the US can't do anything as they're stretch thin. There are disagreement within the US Alliances and only the Anglo speaking world with half baked Japan are willing to put in the necessary resources needed. In this transitory inflation world the West badly needed the manufacturing might of China and the resource rich Russia and now they alienated both. Putin a master strategist had checkmate both the EU and the US and Russia Understanding with China had given them the confidence to pursue an aggressive strategy and he won , gaining the West recognition of Russia redline and its Core interest.

The scary part is that there is a huge economic incentive to push the anti agenda... from pundits, social media trolls making 50-150k to defense companies making trillions. This is the problem with too much freedom and democracy, any group can just flame a situation while making money or getting elected into office.
@bajingan bro its bargaining time and the US is holding a weaker hand and are not used to be rejected, not only are they dueling with the Chinese and the Russian, they had their hands full with her allies as they also ask and seek concession that the US is enable to give. These is a result of a Rising China, it had given them a choice and in a multipolar world the US need to spend more to please its allies. The more money they spend overseas the more problem internally. So the US has a choice, swallow the bitter pill and retreat to rebuild or hunkered down and implode like the Romans did many centuries ago
To be completely fair, the NYC subway is hands down the worst subway I have ever seen in my life. I’m not particularly well travelled, but it seems worse to me than even other cities within America.
The next richest city would be LA, and I did not actually take the metro there, but none of the stations I passed by looked anything like NYC.
