The ridiculous part of the arm embargo is that

"According to a report by the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute, the United States is not a supplier of arms to Cambodia."

This is another example of Biden's boycott of winter Olympic, he was never invited. Empty act.
Odd. The Cambodia PM, a few days or weeks ago, did order to "destroy or store away the US weapons" they have.

At least three persons lost their positions because of this desertion :)

"...the Ministry of National Defense reported that the soldier's superiors were dismissed from their posts. It is about "the battery commander, platoon commander and commander of the 2nd squadron in Węgorzewo".
maybe they should chain their soldiers' feet to their artillery pieces.

I think it is a simple mistake and self-contradiction by the reporter from SCMP. The author quoted the US embargo as aiming at "dual-use items". Meaning they are not really weapons, can by a walki-talki.

The "Cambodia not using US weapon" is also reported by SCMP here

I actually think that in the near future, the U.S. will step on the red lines of China and/or Russia in order to assuage allies in the West Pacific and Europe. Said measures may be excessive and will be an attempt to overcompensate for the perceived failures in Afghanistan. The Tsai government will feel reassured after those measures have been implemented, at least for the short term.

My prediction is based on the reactionary approach the Biden administration has taken to geopolitical issues. We’ll see shortly whether they are realized.

Am I right or am I right?

You were right but I disagree with this part

Either Biden capitulates and agrees on a legal treaty with Russia to not expand NATO (not happening on a million years) or Russia will attack Ukraine
In either case, Ukraine will either be betrayed or destroyed.

I don't see how anyone in Taiwan would feel reassured from that

You underestimate the Taiwanese decision makers.

Ideally Lithuania should be nipped in the buds because now we are seeing Slovakia and other Eastern European states doing similar things. Time will tell whether the Chinese response is sufficient.
Like I said a while back, one rat is nothing. A dozen of them is a different story altogether. You can ignore them as long as you want, but sooner or later, they will destroy your house. But I believe going after the one who is leading the rats is much more effective than smacking them one at a time.
