With Russia you will have to bear all the burden period.. Russia is truly the sick man of Asia and Europe it has really not recovered since the Soviet era and in fact it has weakened further in some areas.. Russia could become an illusion. To risky to storm to Europe and intervene that is not how wars are conducted especially when it is at higher scale you take it easy and move one at a time.. Remember what happened to hitler he got impatient and stormed both sides instead of first dealing with one and then going to the 2nd one..

Only when the Eastern Asian frontier is secured that is the only time China can move West or East meaning the elimination of India

Russia by itself can stand against the combined might of NATO, which took only a few weeks to wipe out the Iraqi military. Islamic nations are not in the same league as Russia.
