People asking about no corruption in third world countries must be dreaming. Has any of you tried to enter such a country?
Well let me tell you, that sometimes, even when trying to enter such a country by a land border, you need to bribe the border officials.
You need healthcare, bribe again, otherwise better get ready to risk your life when dealing with "unmotivated" doctors
If you want to construct something and you need a permit, bribe again, and if you refuse, better get ready for a 10 year delay.
If you want to import goods for business, well guess what, bribe again or they will be held up in the customs forever.
Wait, you have issues with thieves and gangs (very common), well, bribe the police for protection, because if you think that they will protect you because of their "duty" then good luck, your relatives will have a funeral for you.
What if a new politician comes who is corrupt and favours his own businesses over the competitors? Well guess what, bribe again, so you get "protection" from the politicans robbing you.
Then there is the whole thing about taxation matters, the officials will fervently try to find a small problem with your paperwork (very common), not because they want to do their "duty", but because they soon after they expect, guess what, a bribe, to solve bureaucratic problems
This is the reality of living or/and doing business there. People expecting no corruption in a third-world country is like asking for humans to close their noses/mouths and stop breathing. Impossible
