I visited Tianjin last week, it looks super modern and futuristic. I noticed they added LED lights to their skyscraper skyline to make it coordinated colors across the buildings. China in general feels like living in future in terms of infrastructure.
I don’t think so, China would need to be stupid not send troops or generals over to Russia to know how to fight a modern war and deal with NATO weapons. China could really use how to do trench warfare, urban fighting. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was true but I would be surprised if they didn’t
