Yeah, this is getting serious, I don't remember protests this big in decades. I pray nothing happens and they die down soon.

I just cope by thinking that at least the West is pretty divided and weaker, and not all of them want to overthrow Vucic. Comparing it to Milosevic time.

Also, Vucic constantly invested in security forces through a much stronger budget, so they are decently loyal I think. This is also different from that time.

The regime is also not using more force on them to not galvanize them further, which I don't know is good or bad.

Moreover, this is tied to what's also recently happening in the Serb Republic, I can't help but this is a coordinated attack on us.

The thing is that a majority of these protesters are actually ultra-Serbian nationalists and they actually call Vucic a "traitor".

But they are just useful tools for the West. Basically they are too dumb to realise that what Vucic has been doing is the best we can get a nation in this position.

Other "concerns" these protesters have are standard low IQ nonsense like muh CoRruPtIoN and DiCtAtOr bla bla.

Also, it took around 5 times more people to overthrow Milosevic, and they were much more violent and sudden in nature, whereas the current ones are led by moderately disruptive students for months.

No, the EU largely hates Vucic and they are paying for and helping organize these protests directly. They are also over-covering them.

Orban, Fico, and similar, as well as Trump's administration in the US, are the only ones that actually support Vucic in the West right now.
Wasn't the cause due to this?

Apparently some Chinese companies were involved. Since China is involved, I think the west has something to do with this protest. A roof collapsing happens a lot in many countries and sometimes it doesn't even make the daily front page. I find it hard to believe people care about this so much to overthrow an entire government.

I'm baffled by this as you are. I didn't get the "deal" behind this from the very beginning. Rare infrastructure accidents like that happen everywhere on the planet.

Either people in this country are extremely stupid compared to others, or this is some turbo-charging of Western intelligence agencies or both.

Because in 2023 we had two teenage random mass shootings, back to back, and even then people there blamed the president directly and wanted to overthrow the entire government due to that (wtf???).

Not to mention that mass shootings on average are pretty rare in our country compared to other countries, even in the West. And what the hell it have to do with the president?

It's almost like the Western intelligence agencies just wait for the rare emotional opportunity (freak accident) for regime change to arrive and then they are ready to pounce on that constantly.

It's just that these protests are much bigger than those from mass shootings because I guess you can vaguely connect the station to the president and government more. It's all weird, man.

Off topic, but if you are from Serbia could you give us an internal update of the situation there.

I have come to value your opinion about different topics so I supporse in Serbia you will have a good take.

The strikes seem massive and I know the Vucic is definitely not "anti West" but at the same time there is a lot of distribution of the images in atlanticist media and forums, so it seems that it is orchestrated by them or at least they hope in benefit from it.

Also a lot of the pro Russian media seems to be supporting the people striking due to some random absurd reason.

"The Forbidding Unlawful Representation of Roleplaying in Education, or FURRIES, Act, filed by Austin-area Republican State Rep. Stan Gerdes, would "prohibit any non-human behavior by a student, including presenting himself or herself, on days other than exempt days, as anything other than a human being.""

Lmao, if little jimmy decides to roleplay or anything similar he gonna get thrown into the slammer.

Compiled by Ray Dalio. China outranks entire EU, in second place.
LOL that list is very dumb. In which world and how can be France or UK or South Korea stronger than Russia?

Also, it is doubtful that the US is more powerful than China, at best they can be equal, and more likely China is far more powerful.

And personally I think India is more powerful than the EU even if is just for sheer numbers. UK is basically taken by indians at this point, and half of the EU is in the same path

I already wrote what I know in the:
- From the previous page.

Basically, I'm optimistic and think Vucic won't be overthrown anytime soon (I laid my reasons there),

But this is definitely the most serious pressure he has ever faced since coming to power 13 years ago.

These protests are 100% propelled by the West because just think about it logically; would people organically rise so much to try and replace the entire regime, anywhere else in the world, due to some random mass shootings or infrastructure failures, if they are not manipulated somehow?

Vucic is definitely not anti-West (because our economy depends on them so much), but in my opinion, he is as neutral as you can get between the West and the East, which makes him the most pro-Russian and pro-Chinese leader East of Belarus pretty much.

That's why he is such a thorn in their side, surrounded by NATO, but never yielding fully.

They see the Balkans as their exclusive Western backyard, and then you have Vucic and Serbs messing up their plans there, pursuing some strategic autonomy. This is what they don't tolerate and constantly spawn dumb protests.

They would like it more than anything in the world to overthrow the Vucic, but the problem is that the man is truly a genius at politics we are lucky to have, who is a master at navigating everything and will soon write books on how to resist Western regime changes.

Nevertheless, even if they don't manage to topple him, they can put some pressure on him in this way.

Think about what is currently happening to the Serb Republic and why they now also cause disturbances in Serbia to try and stop us from assisting the Serbs there.

This will obviously go against us, yet stupid Serbian idealists and narrow-minded ultra-nationalists still protest against Vucic.

Basically, those who protest are not pro-West, they are 20%, those who protest are the ones who think that we should somehow turn into Belarus or become a Russian external province when we are surrounded and blockaded by NATO from all sides.

But, they don't realize they are doing the Western bidding by protesting. Basically, some useful tools and retards that don't realize that Vucic is the best we can get both geopolitically and in terms of governance.

This is also the reason why the Russian government is never backing those protests, they all know of this.
