It’s not surprising that so many in the truthful and honest Western media can be bought so easily into outright lying. When you hear accusations of China that come out from nowhere, it’s because it’s what they’re doing. Just like when you have YouTube channels with Westerners saying positive things about China and they charge China must be paying these people, they accuse it because that’s what they’re already doing for anti-China content.

Don’t know about the BeeBeeSee but a lot of Chinese libs who receive money from USAID quit for a much more practical reason — if they continue to do anti-China propaganda for free, they will not get paid even when Dems seize power again because there is no point in paying for the service.

“I got my own slave!”

My first time coming across this guy. I guess he’s a social media influencer. I never laughed so hard in a while. I knew it was coming when it started to move. I never thought Chinese technology would be used in this way. I presumed it would be in the hands of some nerd hobbyist or university type setting.

If Chinese EVs were ever allowed to be sold in the US, giving it to someone like this guy. It would be gold for advertising.

Trump says TikTok deadline could be extended

WASHINGTON, Feb 13 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump said on Thursday that his 75-day delay in enforcing a ban on the popular short-video app TikTok could be extended, but said he doesn't think that will be necessary.
In remarks to reporters in the Oval Office, Trump said he still hopes to make a deal on TikTok to keep the app alive in the U.S., crediting it with helping him win the 2024 presidential election.
The app's fate has been up in the air since a law requiring its Chinese owner ByteDance to either sell it on national security grounds or face a ban took effect on January 19.
Trump, after taking office on January 20, signed an executive order seeking to delay by 75 days enforcement of the law.
Asked if the deadline was running out, Trump said, "Well, I have 90 days from about two weeks ago, and I'm sure it can be extended. But let's see. I don't think you'll need to."
It wasn't immediately clear what the 90-day reference meant.
Trump said there were a lot of people interested in acquiring the social media company, and said its image had changed since the 2024 election. He said he found the app to be fair and useful in appealing to young voters.
Trump said he believed Chinese President Xi Jinping would agree to approve the sale of TikTok to a U.S. buyer as it would also be in China's interest.
"I'm going to make it worthwhile for China to do," he said, without giving any details. "I think it would be to China's advantage to have the deal be made."
Unlike dumb China haters, Tiktok refugees understand the concept of 统战价值:cool:

Even funnier the amount of anti-China liberals who weren't getting paid...

I still don't see how this is a good thing for America. If you're a China hawk like Rubio, isn't it good to pay the likes of BBC to spread American propaganda? If so he should return the money to all the lobbyists.

You're celebrating the dismantling of one of the few things America has been semi competent at since the Cold war.

Trump says US to increase military sales to India, eventually provide F-35 jets

WASHINGTON, Feb 13 (Reuters) - The United States will increase military sales to India starting in 2025 and will eventually provide F-35 fighter jets, U.S. President

said on Thursday.
"We'll be increasing military sales to India by many billions of dollars. We're also paving the way to ultimately provide India with the F-35 stealth fighters," Trump told reporters.
Trump did not provide a timeline, but foreign military sales, especially for cutting-edge technology like the stealthy F-35 jet, typically take years to work through.
Addressing a joint news conference after a meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Trump also said the countries had struck an agreement that includes India importing more U.S. oil and gas to shrink the trade deficit between the two countries.
Trump also said that Washington and New Delhi will be working together to confront what he called "the threat of radical Islamic terrorism."

, which makes the F-35 jet, did not immediately comment on Trump's ambitions to sell the jets to India.

Foreign military sales like those of the F-35 are considered government-to-government deals where the Pentagon acts as an intermediary between the defense contractor and a foreign government.

According to the U.S. Congressional Research Service, New Delhi is expected to spend more than $200 billion over the next decade to modernize its military.
Lockheed is producing three models of the new warplanes for the U.S. military and allies including Britain, Australia, Italy, Turkey, Norway, the Netherlands, Israel, Japan, South Korea and Belgium.
Russia has for decades been the main weapons supplier to India, the world's biggest arms importer, and its fighter jets are part of India's military fleet. But Moscow's ability in recent years to export has been hobbled by the war in Ukraine, making New Delhi look westward.

Jai Hinds online are all ecstatic after hearing that the US might sell India F-35s. Good for India, I hope they will purchase F-35s.
