Would the US really sell F-35 to India? They also operate the S-400 and US rejected sales of F-35 to Turkey for this reason.
Trump promoting high end weapon systems to India will help them in negotiating with Russia and also push Chinese arm sales in the region.
There is no such thing as cohesive and Europe let alone Ukraine. Poland will not have money for arms once US decrease dollar printing and South Korea is one phone call away from stopping every thing. all these countries will have to obey powers outside Europe.
If Ukraine keep refusing to negotiate or not want meet in Arab countries than the real stick will come after it. that stick is withhold due to Arabs. you only observe things about Russia airpower from the Arabic version of websites and Russian air force is second to none.
so far Ukraine tag along and only use Arabs for various exchanges. I would think Ukranian would have understood it but i havent seen they wrote anything about it so i am not sure how much it understand this Soft and Hard power combination.
The problem is these people not want to write real content just the headline and no one ask them why the word Europe is associated with it .
I mean honestly, I could understand the guy reasonably well. Some words were harder sure. But there are Yakubians who can bearly speak english at all despite it being their first language.
By the way, didn't certain US think tanks claimed that China's actual "muh PPP" defense budget is something like 700+ billion USD instead of just 250-300+ billion USD?
China should agree to Trump's proposal, and "halve" her own 700+ billion USD defense budget to 350+ billion* USD.
Trump: "Win-Win for both sides of the Pacific!"
Xi (thinking to himself): "Thanks Trump, you just gave me an additional 50-100+ billion USD* of defense budget for absolutely no reason lmfao"

So what what’s China’s actually military budget. It’s not larger than the US after “adjustment”. What happened to making China go bankrupt trying to keep up with US like Reagan did with the Soviet Union to end the Cold War? China would have to spend money in order to accomplish it. Now they want to cry “foul” because China is spending more than they claim? Stupid American logic as usual. That’s why some day someone in the US will suggest making it illegal to educate a Chinese child.
Ok agent chuan is unironically going to give himself away at this rate. He needs to slow it down and be less overt.

no, the U.S. is trying to escape being the Soviet Union and overspending on military industrial complex when it hasn’t had its own Afghanistan and humbled itself with perestroika and glasnost. The breakup of the United States must also ensue.
