Unit 731 of the Imperial Japanese Army in WW2. Whose work was then taken over by the US after the war and then used again during the Korean War.

China could be quite forgiving, but they never forget atrocities.

key measure is Wealth and Soft Power not GDP. (I am not sure why people spend so much time on this GDP) when countries like Japan and Korea with large GDP approach Europe taking into consideration US and other interests. They dont own there own GDP.
UAE president went few days ahead of Macron AI summit and put half the size of French investments in AI. he simply does not not want to meet other people during the summit. Similar things happen in other places with UAE and AI.

Artillery is the least important part of the whole fighting force based how things presented in RT Arabic. high tech real time airborne surveillance and electronic attacks comes from its chopper fleet that enhance the abilities of tactical drones and other strike plaforms. hundreds of search results just on this Mi-28 alone in RT Arabic. which they are producing in highest numbers beyond any one else capacity in this world. I can write alot more about Ukraine conflict but bottom line is EU does not have GDP to create fighting force of 700K that spend three years in another place. so practical GDP of EU is now less than Russia.
