Unironically: Something so unstealthy it is stealthy. Cue Austin powers scene but "It's the size of CONUS, but our radars are letting us know its somewhere over CONUS"
So if you can create a stadium sized radar signature with something that’s the size of a laptop, does that mean you can hide an object from being targeted by radar? Missiles would explode hitting nothing close to the actual target. A reverse Iron Dome maybe at way less the cost.
Ironically: US radar picking up 9 kilometer tall giant skeleton over Beijing now a reality
