I hope you do know the Japanese Americans and Japanese Canadians that were put into concentration camps had all their belongings and wealth confiscated by the state.

Haha... I'll be in the Canadian camps.
One of my old manager's parents went to the camps. When her mom went outside of the camp to visit towns nearby, she has to go with Chinese friends because the town people didn't want to serve Japanese.
