They realized it wayyyyy too late. If Russia had fully embraced China long before the Ukraine war and acknowledged that China was a clear leader in military and technology and harnessed it, instead of thumbing their nose at China and keeping them arms length, they wouldn't be in such a shitshow today. It's funny how Putin clearly banked on his invasion going perfectly to plan and winning so hard that Europe would be forced to continue normal relationships with Russia, not bothering to use their industrial superpower ally as a backup plan to sanction proof their country and improve their military. Not until the sanctions actually came down and China was unable to provide much support anyway.

It's funny how all of China's so called allies like this. They seem unable to view China as an actual superpower and want so much independence to do their own thing, even though all of them are so incompetent and keep fucking up.
Prejudice against Chinese is something that is ingrained in many people's mind and hard to overcome.

But that's not China's problem to solve. They made the wrong assumption so they pay the price for it.

Not everyone can be as competent as Kim Jong Un unfortunately, not even his dad can.

Compared to Russia and Iran, look at what Kim achieved in the last few years. He's making big money and using it to develop his economy by selling weapons to Russia. He developed road mobile solid fuel ICBM and hypersonic tactical missiles to ensure his nuclear deterrence remains valid against US/South Korea/Japan unlike the "watch out! We're enriching our uranium by another 5%!" gang in Tehran, and he has the good sense to blow up roads along the 38th parallel and quietly watch South Korea tear itself apart instead of provoking them right now and giving them a reason to unify.

Honestly I bet soon you will have even westoids praising Kim Jong Un. Coz compared to some of the "leaders" we have in the world, he hasn't done anything majorly wrong. Even though he is young, he now has over 12 years of experience in ruling. He's seen quite a lot.

All those memes insulting him will be quietly deleted.

Meh Russians started changing their world view a few years into the Ukraine War when they realized who really are the superpowers in this would and can keep them afloat, Iran will have to learn that lesson in their own way. Their run of luck with getting good leaders like Soleimani and beating up on weaker opponents to form the resistance crescent gave them an overinflated opinion of themselves. When they finally start to play geopolitics at the big table and face the pro players they will gain a more accurate understanding of themselves.

As for China aiding Syria let's do a thought experiment. Suppose Russia is not busy with Ukraine and is able to direct as much resource to help Assad as last time there was a civil war. Could Russia have mobilized fast enough to save Syrian government when they're putting up so little resistance that they lose in 11 days? I think that's questionable at best. If Russia who's been operating in Syria for much longer and has much easier time force projecting there can't do it given the extremely short time frame, what difference could China make? Even if PLANMC set sail on a 075 on the very first day of fighting they wouldn't have arrived by today anyway.

You can't help someone who don't want to help themselves, else it will just be like what the Americans experienced in Afghanistan.
This English version of RT and Sputnik has presented distorted view of Russia and than add endless BS of Lavrov department. This has led to disappointment but once you study that Soft Power everything is clear.
Saudi due to maintaining equality with all Muslims cannot say alot of things in public but in 2019 UAE leader told Putin that Moscow is my second home. Moscow is not Kazan aka Northern Mecca birth place of Sunni Islam.

Sheikh Mohamed: Putin's visit a quantum leap in UAE-Russia relations

“I am very pleased to see my brother and friend after more than a year since our last meeting in Moscow… Moscow is my second home and I would like to thank you again for your warm welcome during my visit,” Sheikh Mohamed said.

TBF China's "enemies" are just as incompetent. EU and US couldn't even out produce Russia in artillery shells lol. AND most of them still have a "home by Christmas" of the Korean war mindset on China lol

Baklava and loads of it. I advice you to do the same
The only neighboring country that has been good to the Syrian people and can rebuild the country is Turkiye.
A wonderful victory, isn't it?
What is the next step? Will the Sultan Erdogan consider 'saving' their 'compatriots' in the cotton fields in the China? How about simply pushing the border line to the Great Wall?

Also, I would like to remind you that Syria theoretically has a population of over 20 million and its fiscal revenue is extremely limited. Rebuilding the economy is not an easy task. And all good ideas are built on the prospect that the country will not fall into a new civil war.

All those millions of Syrians who fled to Turkiye all speak Turkish. Syrian-Turkish relations are going to be even stronger than those with Azerbaijan for generations to come.

Decisive Syrian-Turkish victory against russia and the axis-of-hesitance.

Deputy FM of Turkiye:

Does that include the Kurds who control half the country and all its oil, or is that project on hold awaiting permission?

Food for thought, if Trump abandon the Kurds and they get desperate, then Russia and Iran gives them a hand.... Its not like they havent worked together before. Then your decisive victory turns into much better armed YPG.

Or you can make nice with the Kurds, if US orders you to do so you must obey right?

Similar to Imperial Japan, Erdogan and his neo-Ottoman crowd will get drunk on their victory. They'll think that they're unstoppable, and will go on more rampages until they overstretch and collapse.

The Turkish Armed Forces hit terrorist organization YPG/PKK targets in the villages of Avn Dedet, Tokhar and Derç in the north of Manbij with artillery fire.
Exactly on time, the Turks decide to go in guns blazing against the Syrian Kurds for their new Ottoman Empire. All that crap about protecting the Syrian people to develop alone, immediately disproven in seconds hahahaha
