Damn. It's Assad day for Syria.
Goes to show that the US can still advance its geopolitical interests.
Never forget this:
Today as we speak, US is the number 1 superpower in the planet. China is number 2.
For the US to be able to advance it's geopolitical interests, it should come to no surprise to anyone.
The US national security establishment, despite all its faults, is quite capable of pulling such tricks. So ignore the PR. People for so many years thought that Russia and Syria had won but little did they knew that US was simply preparing and just didn't pull the trigger until it felt the time was opportune.
With Russia occupied with Ukraine, Hezbollah heavily damaged, Hamas extremely damaged and practically knocked out, Iran occupied by Israel and US danger, US finally pulled the trigger and the result is this, a beautiful geopolitical result.
All these RT and Sputnik or whatever news were just your usual soft power bs propaganda. When the hard power of guns came through, they packed their bags and abandoned Syria like rats abandoning a sinking ship.
Fortunately China was smart enough and didn't fell for the West's bait to heavily invest BRI funds to Syria. Assad was flying left and right looking for investment but all he got were polite smiles. Until the war truly ended, no investments would come
