We have seen purported withdrawals of the military from the parliamentary hall. I think this should suggest that they have accepted the end of martial law.
I am curious who in the military was going along with this though. I think in most countries such a demand would be outright refused by military leadership.

I feel like the reason why the US couldn't back this self coup by the loyal American dog Yoon is the same reason why the US couldn't back the loyal American dog Bolsonaro. Backing them would give Trump legitimacy, US domestic political interests are much more important.

President should respect vote, says US​

The United States said that it hoped South Korean authorities would respect a vote by the country’s MPs to rescind martial law, imposed earlier by President Yoon Suk-yeol.
“Certainly it is our hope and expectation that the laws and regulations of a particular country are abided by,” Vedant Patel, a state department spokesman, told reporters. “That does include the National Assembly vote.”
The earlier vote saw all 190 members able to be present in the National Assembly — ruling-party MPs and opposition members — vote in favour of lifting the order to impose martial law.

It would be nice to actually read an "ANALYSIS" from the troglodytes a.k.a. FALUN GONG CULTISTS media that were more than happy spreading b.s. lies about Xi Jinping getting couped by the PLA last year and the year before.

I can't help but think that these morons would somehow still manage to find A CHINA connection to this Yoon self-owned destruction no matter how far fetched and ridiculous.
