What gives him the self-appointed insight about China's capabilities, intentions and supposed machinations to wage war against the U.S.? Does he even speak or read Chinese?

when it comes time,, the propagandist instigators and their institutions must be punished just as Nazi propagandists were punished for instigating WW2.

I see little separating the think tankies from Der Sturmer and their propagandists from Joseph Goebbels or Julius Streicher.
