They don't need no 1 month to do anything if they really wanted to move LOL I can order and receive bulk shipping from China in less time than that even at the cheapest price. They want Taiwan to hold out for X time first because that's the time they need to judge China's capability. If it fumbles like Russia opening in Ukraine, they will see hope of victory and step in to fight. If they see China serious and lethal, then America will stay away and conveniently, the fight will be over very quickly so the US will simply blame Taiwan for not buying them the X time they said they needed.

I think you should study this thing before reply. I dont want to write the whole history about who provided funding post world war for all tech that is developed and that include Japan that we are enjoying today.
but certain recent things are more relevant since only recently China can claim to be great power and its signature should matter and it should publicly raise many things unless it does not know or pretend not to know those things. They played the same game with BRICS entry and non entry.

Then don't write it. There's enough fiction stories already. The only reason Arabs have any money is because advanced societies developed machines that run on oil. Based on Arab technology alone, oil is worth nothing. These foreign machines made the Arabs rich, but they can also kill the Arabs if they refuse to feed them. So in the end, Arabs control nothing.
