They don't need no 1 month to do anything if they really wanted to move LOL I can order and receive bulk shipping from China in less time than that even at the cheapest price. They want Taiwan to hold out for X time first because that's the time they need to judge China's capability. If it fumbles like Russia opening in Ukraine, they will see hope of victory and step in to fight. If they see China serious and lethal, then America will stay away and conveniently, the fight will be over very quickly so the US will simply blame Taiwan for not buying them the X time they said they needed.
