Time flies, the current 20 bays has been completed for a number of years now, it is 6 per year right now and migt go higher after new bays are done

There are 20 bays divided into 10 lines with 2 bay each, 6 assumes 3 years spent in module assembly per boat.

Module assembly will be more like 6-9 months, given what we've seen of the Virginia SSNs.

If we go with 9 months, that is 24 per year, which is plainly far too many

So where does 6 per year come from?

Read the link, I also have other sources, 6 is the assumption AUKUS is actually working with.

To put things into context the entire US has 5 bays so 6 could be an underestimate based on US 1.5 per year per 5 bays

The ORF link says 3 per year, possibly increasing to 4 per year.

yeah if you have studied this Arabic soft power than you wont be spending time on this issue. I stopped responding to that other person because he could not understood this Iran/ Israel conflict with two replies. There is nothing preventing Koreans and Japanese to manage construction of these ships inside India just like there auto manufacturing in India or South Korean subcontractors in Egyptian Nuclear plant. and this Solaris brand is Hyundai assembled in Russia. but biggest is Toyota LC since Japanese has officially banned luxury vehicles sales and still there. Arabs and Israel alliance is way powerful they can practically decouple Korea and Japan from Europe.

You know BRICS was just some term created by some dude from Goldman Sachs. It's not like it's some ancient traditional.

It's worse than retooling. It is US policy not to export anything to the middleast that is superior or equivalent to Israeli weapons. Qualitative edge must remain with Israel.
