Whites fear asians more than indians. In their eyes, they are constantly under the threat of being totally replaced by east asians. Subliminally they have a view that east asians are smarter, work harder and are more numerous, with the logical end point being that they are totally superseded by a more competitive race. This is evident in their literature and politics dating back to the gold rush era.
Indians, in their eyes, are a servile, lesser race that they have tamed once and can tame again, if not already tamed. Indians already speak their language, aspire to be part of their society and generally abandon everything that allows them to be traced back to their indian ancestry given the choice. You see this evidently in high status indians in the US - they will speak, dress, act, and eat like a white american, and aspire to marry into a white american family. What sometimes persists is the indian in-group mentality (of helping other indians) and certain cultural habits and behaviours.
So, to answer your question, unless they lose control of their lands to China / another east asian country, they will never stop acting on their fear and attempt to neutralise or subvert any asian power center building in the land that they control.
When you hear Europeans insult Russia it's coz they are asian as in the mongoloid type. In fact fear from the east is because the horde looks Chinese not Indian. Indians were just never considered a real threat. Even now as Indians are infiltrating all powers of position in the west, there's not enough urgency shown as they think if Indians get too uppity, they can always just enslave them again. I mean Bangladesh has shown how easy it is to knock Modi down one peg so imagine if the west gets more serious.
These are just people identifying the ways indians cheat the system and saying wouldn't it be great if we did that.
Rest assured they all know India is a shithole, and the reasons why it is a shithole (no one works hard or solves problems), but it would still be great to get something for nearly nothing (knowing this can never happen in a well functioning society).

If it weren't for china's rise, we would still have been living in a fully western dominated world where non-whites would have been treated as inferior and non-white countries would have been bullied and exploited.
As a Pakistani, I thank china as its rise has indirectly and directly impacted the global south positively.
Now what's left to be done is to kick out traitors who still want to appease their western masters like India, Japan and Korea. Japan and Korea have historical agreements
But India had no excuse to pander to westerners when these westerners treat them as inferior savages. But I guess they've picked their destiny
They still dream of conquering their stolen land. They can't defeat Pakistan that's 10 times less their size and are too egoistic to think about getting Aksai Chin back from China.
Not to mention that many indians believe Tibet to be part of India. Their delusions knows no bounds.

India picked its team a long time ago. A good long read.
India has no issues with western racism since it alligns well with their caste system. They're only pissed that they realized they are grouped in the lower part of the racial caste and feel they deserve a better position. Kind of like how the Brahmins are ok being lower than Brits and Mughals as long as they get to treat everyone else like dirt since they are even lower. No wonder they love bureaucracy climbing so much.
