Jamaica's Usain Bolt warned he was "ready to go again" on Monday in search of more Olympic gold after celebrating into the small hours following his classic 100m win.
Bolt, who answered his critics by running 9.63sec, the second-fastest time ever behind his own world record, tweeted a picture overnight of himself with three Swedish women handballers in the athletes' village.

Further confirmation that the Olympics has always been the biggest orgies.:D

The Canada's women's soccer team has been crying foul since being defeated by the US. They may have a legitimate beef where as the referring was sub-standard.

FIFA is investigating!

LONDON — Canadian soccer officials remain tight-lipped over an investigation launched by the game’s governing body, an investigation that is likely looking into heated comments made by Canadian players after a heart-breaking loss at the London Olympics — comments which could result in punishment before the team plays for the bronze medal on Thursday.

On Tuesday, FIFA announced it was looking into events that unfolded following Canada’s devastating semifinal loss to the United States. Canada lost 4-3 in extra time on Monday, after a series of bizarre calls by the referee.

“Following the Olympic women’s semifinal match between Canada and the USA played at Old Trafford on the evening of 6 August, the FIFA Disciplinary Committee is currently analysing incidents that occurred after the conclusion of the match,” soccer’s world governing body said in an email release distributed on Tuesday.

It was not made immediately clear to which “incidents” FIFA was referring, although a number of Canadian players were critical of Norwegian referee Christiana Pedersen.

Canadian star Christine Sinclair was among the players critical of the official. But it was not immediately clear whether she was in danger of being suspended for Canada’s bronze-medal game against France on Thursday.

“I can’t confirm that,” Canadian coach John Herdman said on a conference call with reporters on Tuesday. “I’m not absolutely clear on what’s being investigated. I’m not 100-per-cent clear on what it is, so it’s hard for us to comment.”

Canada, meanwhile, will not protest the result.

“To be clear, the Canadian Soccer Association will not be seeking to challenge or protest the officiating in the Canada/USA match and are focused on our upcoming bronze-medal match,” a CSA spokesman said.

Interesting read P. E. thanks. The article leaves one with the impression that most of the Canadian, although bitterly disappointed, conducted and protested in a dignified manner as well as staying focused with the job in hand.
One can't say the same for the Chinese team who copped a reprimand and a fine. I think for a while they forgot why they were there for because The Chinese Sprint team performed so badly, days later, it looked like they hadn't been prepared for the race properly.
