Where do you find this trash?
40 years, this garbage was published in 2012. They would "only" need consistent 8% growth for 40 years to do it. This is ridiculous for at least a couple of reasons:
- India's future growth would slow just as China's has as its economy develops.
- India's growth won't actually slow down appreciably as it develops because it will never develop to the point of structural slowdown. It's already slowed.

8% growth rate for 40 years. Is it possible? Yes in theory and in China, it has shown it can be done. BUT...... In India? Who has hardly managed more than 7% in their best periods of growth, with their so called demographic dividends. Gee dream on.
