What did you mean India's red line ?
India has illegally occupied several region around, like Sikkim, Aunachal Pardesh, Kashmir, Junagarh , Nepal and Laddakh .
India must hand over all those illegally occupied areas , back to their respective countries immediately.

Maybe this is why it's of utmost importance.

I think the article was quite self-explanatory. One thing to note, if you have been watching the SPH thread in the Army section here, PLA has been taking delivery of this very type of system (PCL-181) at a rapid pace.
