Indians also said Russia supported them by denying completion of S-400 delivery yet it was then proven that the Indians lied when the Russian officials confirmed the S-400 delivery to China has been completed. Typical inkkkredaaaaable India.
Speaking of which turns out that there is an official announcement of that but it's in Russian

I wonder whether the analysts missed this piece because they can't read Russian?

Indians seem a bit upset at China building roads.
Protip: never try to compete with China on infrastructure building - you'll lose
India do have qualities that China have no hope of competing:
1) Fake news
2) Fake history
3) Military humiliation
4) Humiliating government
5) Promotion of Bollywood fantasy as fact
6) Loud announcements, failure in delivery
7) Perpetual incompetence
8) Cow dung lamps

Wow looks like India is withdrawing even further away from half way points then. China will consider disengaging? So basically India is now going to withdraw from where they are currently positioned? i.e. around pp13 and finger 3? While China will only "consider" withdraw from what is 4 whole fingers deep inside India's previous claims.

Essentially this article coming from the CCP is basically confirming that India has completely taken the potential of war off the table. At least it's presenting this intention. While China will consider whether it wants to move from 4 fingers deep inside India AFTER Indian troops move even further back than they already are (5 finger behind what they claim).

India should first withdraw staff who illegally crossed the line on the southern side of the Pangong Tso Lake, and China will then consider disengaging on the northern side of the lake, sources said.

That sounds like China wants to force India to admit defeat by pulling back first, before considering to pull back themselves.

This naturally is the expected outcome of the many talks, indicating strong wills on both sides. China wants India to formally back off and actually take their troops off if there is to be any chance at both sides disengaging to an at best for India, pre March positions. Chances are the CCP may not even be showing so much goodwill after India agrees and backs down in good faith. But Xi may find himself distracted with other matters enough to make good with India and actually reinstate pre March positions if the message is sent and received now... which is almost certain. India in future will not be salami slicing, it will understand that it needs to act in absolute terms only. So we can expect long lasting peaceful nothing on the border with India or all out war after all this dust settles.

So, not only have the Global Times refuted Indian media lies about 'mutual disengagement'. Now it goes even further to say that Indian troops should withdraw first from the occupied southern side of Pangong lake, only then China would consider pulling back. Now that's brutal from the CCP.

So, no more face-saving hush-hush for India. This should be the way. Everytime the Indian media lies, trying to make India look tough. The CCP should refutes these lies and disclose the actual humiliating details for India and the world to see.
