Yea I noticed... and the other funny parts was the writing on screen too... 400 tanks... I didn’t know China have already manufactured and deployed 400 type 15s... I know it’s a small point and a bit nitpicky but way to go Indian media with the exaggerations. And the reporter was like India would also like to pull back their tanks too... and to that I would like to ask aren’t their tanks pretty far back already... where are they going to pull back to...
Yea... anything Indian media says about anywhere outside of India is basically a facepalm moment for credibility if such things even exist at this point... tho I think the facepalm moment applies to things they say about the inside of India too but to a lesser degree I guess
The most favorable scenario for China here is that the Indian leadership thinks they will repeat a similar victory in 1971. Starting with the declaration of support for Tibet's independence, the Indians actively attacked first. This is a golden opportunity for the PLA to completely crush India and ensure the next 50 years of peace
We'll need to see what Chinese official media sources hint about this first. Doubt a pull back unless India offers/offered something tasty in return. It's been in standoff for nearly a year now. China is obviously not even the slightest bit worried or scared of supa dupa powafall India because the PLA has been waiting for Indians to shoot for nearly a year and the most the Indians dared was to ban a few dozen apps.
So IF there is a PLA pull back to finger 8 on the lake. Is there also a pull back further north? A symbolic pull back to finger 8 in return for something while PLA stays put up to pp13/14 in the valley further north? Or a total pull back to pre-March positions? Modi must've offered many attractive things in return IF such a thing is true. A whole year spent showing India that China will not tolerate their decades long salami slicing and a whole year of showing India it ain't the shadow of an ant in mightiness. If the PLA and China were worried and want to avoid war with India, it simply wouldn't have stoop with its feet on India's face for a full 9 months just watching squirm and ban apps. So obviously Modi must've been good on his knees

Their words are worthless but their actions (or rather inaction) for 9 months shows they have realised a war is out of the question. Jai Hind is mighty only in their imagination where ten thousand superhyperultrasonic Brahmos can solve every military problem. In reality, their media has been caught lying half a dozen times on high profile cases just in retarded attempts to soothe bhakt ego. In fact PLA "retreat" or pull back to pre-March positions has been widely reported on two separate occasions in Indian media before this. Both turned out to be Jai Hind lies and attempts to soothe their annihilated pride and egos. The most pathetic bunch of clowns. If only the IA would actually do something to incite this war so we can see these turds get annihilated along with their egos.
The 2 news outlets you quoted are Modis favorite They're like his Fox News . I wouldn't trust a single word that comes out of their mouth. They even claim that the 20 killed Indian soldiers took with them 40 Chinese soldiers. So you can imagine their credibility.
You forgot how the entire country celebrated when their 5 Rafale Jets were delivered. The way the media hyped its arrival one would've thought that India is just few days away from Capturing Beijing.
Agreed... but I have one point of contention with you statement, I am pretty sure their claim was 20 killed Indian soldiers, killing 200 PLA and routing 1000... lol... So yea they have a very active imagination... they should go to Bollywood and become writers... I am sure they will be a big hit in India!
If only India's media and Indians' collective media intelligence was this "good". Now that would be impressive. As things stand, the majority of Indians are less savvy than what typical Chinese people were like during the early days of the cultural revolution. It's shamefully bad and they are shameless about it all. Everyone can see their stupidity except the Jai Hind crowd. Even more sensible Indians often express their embarrassment about it all.
