Well that's correct. We are public here simply trying to fantasize about capability may or may not exist.
However unlike us, i would expect that the prime trouble maker in chief & other trouble makers in the region have military intelligence to some extent no matter how much censored it is for us. If it wasn't enough to deter them, i am pretty sure the trouble maker in chief would have tried some stunts regardless of china's nuclear capability given both nuclear arsenal cancels each other.
I would be very disappointed if at this point of time, China doesn't have enough conventional SRBM/MRBM/IRBMs in their rocket forces to destroy every major financial hub in the region which should be enough to make the the regional trouble makers think twice before they join the naughty party with the trouble maker in chief.
As for India's undeclared secret capability, they well may have. But as an student of science, i can tell you,no matter how much advanced science & technology gets, you can trace it's root back in basic physics,chemistry,biology aka in core fields. So unless india can make stealth with wood, hyper sonic jet engine with urine or discover how to make super computer from grass, i would put the "they may have secret super weapon" idea in back burner. They may surprise with some stunts. But you need money, talent & MOST IMPORTANTLY, RAW MATERIALS, to make Super things. You cant produce those out of thin airs, unless you watch the indian defense update videos which will update you about their missile destroying laser defense system.
