Sharing another POW photo from
Galwan clash.
From the terrain it is clearly Panging Tso and only such clash in Pangong was on May 5 2020.

India already announced that disengagement has NOT yet been carried out from Demchok, Hot Springs and Gogra so where did India lie in this and also what is new in this news?
Also US commander too was talking about Gogra, Hot Springs and Demchok which India itself admitted offically has yet to see disengagement.

Soon there is going to be another meeting between commanders where disengagement from these 3 locations will be finalized and with that the 2020 LAC standoff will be a closed chapter.

In the below announcement govt made it clear no disengagement occured yet in Demchok Gogra Hot springs which is exactly what US was talking about

5th Chinese casualty in Galwan exposed. Was not included by PLA in Feb press release.
Dug up stuff from Jun 23 2020.

Was he one of those killed in the Galwan clash specifically?

China released the names and publicized the contributions way later (few months ago). That twitter post has been tagged to Global times and the editor so they'd have known about it in Jun, 2020 itself.

If hiding was their intention, they'd have included his name in the final release made later.

The fact that he wasn't then would only mean that he wasn't a direct casualty of the fight.

But then again, let's give some merit - one down 40 more to go.

The US commander wasn't talking about any specific area. Read his comment again.

Disengagement has happened in these areas. Both sides were asked to go back 1 km from clash point.

November, 2020

India and China had agreed to creation of a buffer zone of one km each in the Hot Springs, according to Colonel (retired) Ajai Shukla. The 2-km buffer zone, roughly along the Chang Chenmo River, was “to China’s advantage. People’s Liberation Army (PLA) soldiers, who have intruded 3-4 km across the Line of Actual Control (LAC) into Indian territory near Patrolling Point 15 (PP-15), and about 2 km near PP-17A, will only be required to pull back 1 km”, he reported citing government sources.

“That means, even after the disengagement, the PLA will remain 2-3 km on the Indian side of the LAC near PP-15 and, at least, one km inside Indian territory near PP-17A. Effectively, the demilitarised buffer zone will lie entirely in Indian territory and the LAC would shift by 1-3 km into India,” Colonel Shukla wrote.

So these areas had disengagement but partial. Complete disengagement for India would mean making China go back to pre-clash positions. So it hasn't been achieved completely as per Indian government and foreign statements.

Indian lie exposed. Cover up with new stories to hide real death numbers in clash.
Exactly. Unless there is more meat to the story, one can't know who died of what.

By the same calculation, Pakistan can claim that they killed 7 additional Indian soldiers (who died of the friendly fire Helicopter clash).

They should check the dates of these twitter posts before getting too roused. Heh

If I were Indian Media or ministry , I'd hide the story (of these blog) and publish them after China officially release the names. Then that means I've thrown doubt at their official release. It'd be a PR win for Indians.

Nothing like that,so let's enjoy the circus.
