But we do know that the PLAAF has a 1810-kg-class PGM in service. Which goes to say how little we actually know about the PLAAF's A2G capabilities at the present time.
I started writing those before I got to your post.
But to be fair. I need to point out that the JH7A in the video above has yellow/green primer paint, with the PGM in white paint.
But in the picture, both the JH7A and the PGM has the same color paint as active PLA JH7A. That to me is an indication that the grey active PLA color JH7A and 1-ton PGM is closer to integration than the yellow primer and white PGM paint combination.
Of course, your skepticism is definitely a stronger argument.
Sure, I hope that day comes soon!I've been waiting for evidence of the PLA integrating new PGMs among in service aircraft for over a decade now.
We can always speculate about what the PLA isn't showing us, or what they may have in testing, but the most iron clad way of confirming a weapon is in service is seeing evidence of active in service frontlone aircraft carrying it across multiple different frontline units over time.
Anything less, and it is not particularly worth going "omg" over.
That's my own threshold, and it's worked for me pretty well.
Sure, I hope that day comes soon!
BTW, I am wondering how many 1000kg class PGM can the J16 can theoretically carry for a realistic sortie (with a couple or two AAM for self defense). We've all seen F-15 carrying 5 GBU-31 JDAM (900kg x 5 = 4500kg), and the flankers carrying 3 KAB-1500 (1500kg x 3 = 4500kg). they can both carry pretty much the same weight.
If J16 PGM go with the 1000kg class, will it be able to carry 4 of them, if they are the YJ-1000-1 (YL-5) or the Tiange GB1000? Or are these two type of bombs too long for the both hang point in tandem in between the two engine intakes to carry one each?
I believe that is LD-10 anti-radiation missile. LD-10 is a derivative of PL-12 air-to-air missile, and they looked alike.Why posing it in front of it ? Or It's not a PL-12 ?

We know? … which one?
The writing on the container reads 1,000Kg guided bomb, and 1? total weight 1,810Kg.He's referring to this, though I'm still not sure if 1810kg on the container refers to the total munition weight or the total container+munition weight.
It says 1000kg class laser guided bomb, total weight 1810kg. In other words no evidence of 1810kg class bomb. He's referring to this, though I'm still not sure if 1810kg on the container refers to the total munition weight or the total container+munition weight.
Again, I beg to differ. The writing on the container reads 1,000Kg guided bomb, and 1? total weight 1,810Kg.
1,810kg refers to total weight of the container and its cargo.
