a lot of American pilots during the Korean War were also WW 2 veterans. Russian pilots are just as capable as American pilots as this list shows.

One needs to translate aces titles... Here you are as huge military power. First you totally destroy the nation using manipulation and boycots. Then you eliminate the forces by stopping spare parts flowing in and having huge armada with the latest. You use blitzkrieg. What do you expect? Iraci's being able to react? I think one must not glorify better airforces. Just look at India and Pakistan. How come the Indians never win big time in airwar? Even with 1-5 they cannot make a huge impact.

ISLAMABAD: a four-member delegation led by Lieutenant General Viktor Nikolayevich Bondarev Commander-in-Chief, Russian Federation Air Force, visited Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, Kamra on Tuesday.
The Russian Federation Air Chief is on a four day visit to Pakistan Air Force on the invitation of Air Chief Marshal Tahir Rafique Butt, Chief of the Air Staff.
The delegation was given a comprehensive briefing on the working of Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Board and its factories.
The delegation also visited various manufacturing and over hauling facilities of the aeronautical complex.
The visiting dignitaries took keen interest in the production capability of the JF-17 Co-production Project.
Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, Kamra has grown from strength to strength over the years. Being the leading Aviation Industry it has placed Pakistan amongst the elite group of countries that manufacture fighter aircraft.
Earlier, on their arrival, the delegation was received by Air Commodore Syed Nadeem Haider Jafri, acting Chairman Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Board, Kamra.-DNA
