There are rumors that Nigerian Air Force procurement plans for 2016 includes JF-17.
The applicable numbers detailed for acquisition in the 2016 tranche are as follows
– 10 units of Super Mukshak trainer aircraft
– 2 units of Mi-35M attack helicopters
– 3 units of JF-17 Thunder multirole combat jets
(This startup haul of JF17 Block 2 jets is almost certainly a precursor to the main haul of JF-17 Block 3)

Any info on why no JF-17 was delivered in 2014 ?
I guess it might be because of the switch between block I and block II aircraft. I think the aircraft in 2013 were the last from block I.
Production of Block II started in Jun 2014. Deliveries began from January 2015. Hence no Block II in 2014

Greats news !! But I believe there is two export customers
They should have built a twin seater years ago and by now we would have had a whole list of exports
But as they say better late than never
2016 should be a big year for JF-17 rest of Block II completed specifications for Block III completed and twin seater revealed
Operating and weapons envelope increased
Block I under goes upgrade to block II
Massive year for the programme and a great milestone
That joint Sino-Pak sales committee has done a good job
