I always believe that technology as dangerous as Nuclear technology should be handled by goverment and not private company. ”

You are forgetting about Chernobyl (state built and managed) and along with the Three Mile Island incident , human error was a big factor. I doubt whether even a state owned enterprise would be capable of eliminating the latter as a factor let alone budgetary concerns that lead to wrong decision making.

Japan has turned to its neighbor across the water for help in cooling the number four reactor at the Tokyo Electric Company's nuclear power plant in Fukushima. So far, scientists and engineers have used everything from helicopters to fire trucks to get sea water to the reactor's fuel rods in order to prevent a meltdown, but according to China Realtime Report, a Wall Street Journal blog, a new solution is in the works. A 203-foot long concrete pumper truck has been called up from Chinese heavy equipment manufacturer Sany.

Instead of directing a stream of concrete up a sky scraper, this $1 million truck that was originally on its way to a Saudi client will now be used to pump sea water over the 141-foot reactor group in order to keep everything cool. Even at that height, the truck will still be able to remain 14 meters, or about 46 feet, away. Sany says that the truck left port in China on March 20 and has safely reached Japan, though there's no word on whether or not it has begun operations at Fukushima.

Tokyo Electric Company originally offered to purchase the truck, but Sany is donating it and a full support team free of charge, and this isn't the first time that the construction equipment manufacturer has lent a hand in international disaster efforts. The company also donated a giant crane to assist in the evacuation of the Chilean miners who were trapped in a mine last year.

Unfortunately, the very latest update from Japan is that Fukushima's No. 3 reactor is leaking water with 10,000 times the normal level of radiation, which may indicate a breach of the reactor's core. If that's the case, there's no telling how the Sany pump truck will be used when it arrives on site, or if it will be needed at all."

"Sany Heavy Provides Aid to Tokyo Electric Power Co.
Monday 2011-03-21 16:32

March 21 -- Sany Heavy Industry (600031) will donate a 62-meter concrete pump truck to Japan to prevent further radioactive material leakage of the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant, reports Xinhua, citing a company filing. The pump truck is worth one million US dollars and will arrive at Osaka harbor next Wednesday. Tokyo Electric Power Company will use the pump truck to pump water into the damaged reactor units at Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant.

At present, Sany is the world’s largest concrete pump truck manufacturer, with annual capacity of 4000 sets."

Earthquake in Japan - the result of top-secret of nuclear testing?

There is a speculation spreading that 2011 Japanese earthquake was caused by poorly conducted secret underground nuclear test by the Japanese. A nuclear power plant accident "Fukushima-1" staged to conceal the true reasons for the spread of radiation are actually caused by a nuclear explosion on a remote test site deep under the ocean floor. The article presents the views of unnamed experts who believe that in Japan there was not a natural disaster, is manmade.

Firstly, the recent suggestion (8 March 2011) by governor of Tokyo Shintaro Ishihara on the possibility of using nuclear weapons against China. Ishihara's threat, analysts say, is strange, considering that Japan has always stated that it would not develop nuclear weapon.

Soon after, March 9th in the Pacific Ocean off the northeast coast of Japanese island of Honshu was recorded quake of magnitude 7.4 (the brunt of Miyagi prefecture suffer the most from the earthquake). It is speculated this was not an earthquake, but a top-secret testing of nuclear weapons.

Secondly, experts were alarmed by a mysterious whirlpool formed in the ocean after the earthquake on March 11th. Pictures of a huge whirlpool that can carry ships into the abyss, even powerful ships, was broadcast to the news agencies around the world. No reasonable explaination could be found as to why this happend.

Another oddity is the design of nuclear power plant Fukushima-1's power supply system (including the backup diesel power plants), which led to fatal consequences - a loss of cooling on one of the reactors. According to the official version, the system of electricity supply has failed as a result of following the earthquake tsunami. But it would be hard to believe such things could happen to the Japanese who possess the most advanced nuclear power technologies. Recall that "Fukushima-1" (as is Fukushima-2) is located near the coast, and certainly during the construction of stations should be established multiple protection against the most powerful tsunami. Moreover, provides alternative ways to power outages. The only reasonable explanation is that the Japanese have deliberately leaked radiation - in order to divert attention from the secret testing on March 9, which for some unknown reason got out of control.

Lastly, the most damning evidence of them all, why did Japanese government rejected US's expert help in the whole Fukushima melt down fiasco? The Japanese government repeatedly refuse US access to the nuclear power plant, and it has repeatedly rejected nuclear coolants to be delivered to the affected power plants, resulted in catastrophic near-meltdown. Is it because this is all intentional? Or is it because Japanese government is afraid American will find evidence of nuclear weapon development on the site of the plant?

I'm not sure if logical minds and critical thinkers can even remotely digest conspiracy theories. I bet Alex Jones and friends are talking about this being the doing of New World Order, Illuminatis, Freemasons, and global elites in an attempt to "imprison" or eradicate the world population by killing 11,000 people in Sendai rather than Tokyo.

Fukushima does not have the most advanced nuclear reactor designs. At the time it was built... yes. That was like 40 years ago. As heard on the news, it's a design of some controversy because there's a whistle blower who warned it was a flawed design since the 1980s if I recall correctly.

^ Now, if this were China I don't think the media would be as lenient :p

I doubt it was top secret nuclear testing btw... I mean come on, really? -_-
May as well say it was HAARP instead...

Well, the whole Fukushima nuclear disaster fiasco, one can only ask...why else would the Japanese government repeatedly reject / delay help from even American (supposely the closest ally) experts on site?? To deliver the nuclear coolants, or even rudimentary inspection?

It could be due to a variety of reasons, but anyone who thinks a magnitude 9 earthquake can be caused by nuclear weapons watch too many Hollywood movies.

What it says is they're in a state of denial. Even immediately after the earthquake, the media hyped up how prepared Japan is in disaster emergencies. Maybe too much that they were a bit too comfortable. The government reaction to the nuclear emergencies obviously showed they didn't see that coming.

This conspiracy theory is not surprising in face of the hype. Nationalism will certainly exploit it.
